Salary – Competitive Circa £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location - KidZania London, Westfield Shepherd's Bush
Job Type - Permanent, Full-time, working 5 of 7 days per week (inc. of some weekends)

Job Purpose
The Attractions Assistant Manager will assist with the daily operation of our attraction with a focus on Children's Activity Workshop’s, encompassing multiple areas. The role is responsible for staffing, service/interaction, maintenance and general functionality of the Activity Workshops. You will ensure that both team members and visitors have a great time and the daily operation runs as smoothly as possible with their wellbeing in mind.
This role also involves duty management responsibilities and must be willing to be part of our first aid team.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Attractions Manager, you will continually be looking for ways to improve the attraction and help implement customer service standards and procedures
- Liaising across all departments to highlight visitor feedback/ issues which need addressing
- Motivating your team of Team Leaders and the wider Host team on a daily basis
- Assisting with team members’ timesheets and making sure they are accurately submitted on time
- Help develop employee training; including performance management and setting targets
- Ensuring our activities have everything needed to run; ie: Stock
- Assist with mass-recruitment activities including; assessment centres, interviews and inductions
- Analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to establish goals going forward
- Resolving visitor concerns, complaints and feedback
Essential Criteria
- Experience in a similar role in leading and managing teams whilst driving customer service and experience
- A proven and experienced administrator with high attention to detail
- Highly organised and efficient
- Able to communicate and work with different departments/colleagues well
- Able to work effectively in a busy and fast paced environment
- Passionate about customer service
- Can think on their feet, keep calm under pressure and take on multiple tasks and projects at once
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages, especially excel
Desirable Criteria
- Ideally from a visitor attraction, retail or leisure and hospitality business
