Salary – Competitive Circa £23,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location - KidZania London, Westfield Shepherd's Bush
Job Type - Permanent, Full-time, working 5 of 7 days per week (inc. of some weekends)

Job Purpose
The Cash Office Coordinator will work as part of a small team and be responsible for cashing up the days takings, investigating and reporting of overs and shortages. Will provide support to guest experience manager and maintain network across the site and be an extension of the Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all takings entering the Cash Office are balanced with the cash held and cash banked. Identify shortages and overs and report to relevant departments and managers.
- Ensure the insurance limits are not exceeded for cash holdings, and compliance of all staff with insurance requirements and security procedures.
- Conduct random checks within cash handling departments to reduce risk of theft.
- Review all cash office paperwork technical, accuracy and presentational aspects are to excellent standards for external audit purposes.
- Provide support to the operations team with the processing of cash refunds within the facility.
- Conduct cash lifts and change runs when requested by operational teams.
- Prepare and create floats for the following day for collection by the relevant department Coordinators.
- Compile weekly reports to meet deadlines
- Support with departmental training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement and excellent Customer experience.
- Manage staff rotas and maintain all staff records for payroll and HR recording. Assist management in assessments and performance feedback as and when required.
- Provide outstanding service to customers internally and externally, providing an efficient service for the effective operation of the business.
Essential Criteria
- Attention to detail, with the ability to produce reports and presentations.
- Experience in a Finance/cash counting environment and or customer service facing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office eg. Excel, Word.
- Good communication Personal credibility, interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
Desirable Criteria
- Similar background preferably within the attractions, hospitality, entertainment, retail sectors
- Experience in coaching, developing and training
